RoTrust is a reputation network. The whole point is to make certain information public and verifiable so people can trade safely. This page explains what is stored and who can see it.
What we store
- Discord identity. Your Discord user ID and username, recorded when you use RoTrust commands.
- Roblox identity. Your Roblox user ID and username, only if you link your account. Linking happens on Roblox's official OAuth page, so RoTrust never sees your Roblox password.
- Reputation records. Vouches and reports involving you: type, optional note, timestamps, and the identities of both parties.
- Evidence images. Screenshots attached to vouches or reports are stored exactly as submitted, so they can't be edited afterwards. They pass automated moderation before becoming visible.
- Server configuration. For servers that run /setup: the chosen alert/verify channels and role IDs.
What is public
Reputation is the product, so vouches, counted reports, trust scores, and their ticket pages are visible to anyone, both in Discord and on this site. Dismissed reports don't count against you, and quarantined evidence is never shown.
What we don't do
- We don't sell data, and there are no advertising trackers or analytics scripts on this site.
- RoTrust can't read your messages. It only sees the commands you run.
- The dashboard login cookie exists purely to keep you signed in. It is not used for tracking.
Corrections and removal
If a report about you is wrong, use /dispute. Dismissed reports are removed from your record entirely. For anything else, including data-removal requests, contact the team in the support server.
